1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide, secure, and improve Emwhats; authenticate users; fulfill your instructions (including optional integrations such as Google Workspace features you connect in your account); comply with law; and communicate with you about the service.

3. Google sign-in and Google APIs

When you use Sign in with Google, Google shares basic profile information with us as described in Google’s consent screens (typically including your Google account identifier, name, and email). We use this to create or access your Emwhats account.

When you (or an administrator for your organization) connect optional Google services inside Emwhats (for example Sheets, Docs, or Gmail where available), we use Google’s OAuth 2.0. We store OAuth tokens and use them only to provide the specific features you enable, such as reading or updating content in Google Sheets, Docs, or Gmail according to the scopes you approve. You can disconnect these integrations from your Emwhats settings. We do not use Google account data for unrelated advertising. Google’s processing of your data is also described in Google’s own policies.

4. Other third-party services

Emwhats relies on infrastructure and providers necessary to operate the product, which may include hosting, email, analytics, Meta/WhatsApp APIs, and optional integrations you enable (for example Google OAuth for sign-in or linked Google services). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies when you use those features.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. International transfers

If you access Emwhats from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be transferred across borders in accordance with applicable law and safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Emwhats after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
